David holds a Master's in Business Administration and complements this with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an AAS in Human Resources and Aviation Technology. David also maintains professional coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

Throughout his career, he has led large and small organizations. David's success culminates with 25+ years of practical leadership experience, continued education, and dedication to our most valuable resources: people.
